HIGHLAND SPRING
Around 1993 I was asked by Highland Spring’s PR agency to come up with a promotion to target 15-18 year old girls.
I came up with the 'Highland Spring Face of 1993' model competition. I then negotiated the partnership of The Daily Express, GMTV and Storm Model Management (then owned 50% by Richard Branson).
This event proved so successful that in 1994 it was extended to aspiring male models as well.
The promotion ran for 6 years with the final always attended by Kate Moss, Storm’s most famous model and of course Richard Branson.
